Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and human resource development (HRD) on employee performance at the Blora Regency Food Office. Using a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 120 employees, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results show that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. The simultaneous test (F-test) yielded a significance value of 0.000, and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.688, indicating that 68.8% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by this model. Partially, leadership has the most dominant influence (coefficient 0.447), followed by organizational culture (0.362) and HRD (0.301). This study concludes the importance of improving leadership styles, strengthening collaborative culture, and implementing continuous training programs to enhance employee performance. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh 120 pegawai, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian simultan (uji F) mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,688, yang berarti 68,8% variasi kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh model ini.Secara parsial, kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan (koefisien 0,447), diikuti budaya organisasi (0,362), dan pengembangan SDM (0,301). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pentingnya perbaikan gaya kepemimpinan, penguatan budaya kolaboratif, serta program pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
