Abstract
The research at PT. Rekso Nasional Food, McDonald’s Pandanaran Semarang branch, was initially conducted because McDonald’s Pandanaran was designated as a Center of Excellence (COE), a model restaurant expected to serve as a reference for operational efficiency, service quality, and employee performance. However, in reality, issues were still found, such as limited work experience and low work discipline, which affected employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work experience, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Rekso Nasional Food, McDonald’s Pandanaran Semarang branch. This research uses a quantitative method with the population being all employees of McDonald’s Pandanaran. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total of 39 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires as the primary data source and analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline was identified as the dominant factor influencing employee performance.

Rekso Nasional Food cabang McDonald's Pandanaran Semarang awalnya terjadi karena McDonald’s Pandanaran ditetapkan sebagai Center of Excellent (COE), yaitu restoran percontohan yang diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan, dan kinerja karyawan. Namun kenyataannya, masih ditemukan masalah seperti minimnya pengalaman kerja dan rendahnya disiplin kerja yang berdampak pada rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Rekso Nasional Food cabang McDonald's Pandanaran Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan McDonald’s Pandanaran. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai data primer dan data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja sebagai faktor dominan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
