Abstract
This research analysis aims to determine the influence of career development and work motivation on employee performance at PT Midi Utama Indonesia, Tbk. This study uses independent variables namely career development and work motivation, and the dependent variable namely employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach and conducted by administering questionnaires. The research data is processed using the SPSS Statistic 25.0. The results of this research model show that career development does not affect employee performance and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
