Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of social media usage intensity, time management, and work stress on the level of work-life balance among Generation Z employees. As digital natives, Gen Z individuals are highly engaged with technology, which may pose challenges in maintaining a balance between professional and personal life. This research uses a quantitative approach through an online survey conducted with 100 Gen Z respondents working in Central Java. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results show that the intensity of social media usage has a negative and significant effect on work-life balance. Time management has a positive and significant influence, while work stress negatively and significantly affects work-life balance. These findings highlight the importance of effective time management and stress reduction to help Gen Z employees achieve an optimal work-life balance. Keywords: Generation Z, social media intensity, time management, work stress, work-life balance
