Abstract
Employee retention is the practice and process used to manage valuable employees so that they do not leave their positions within the organization. Employees who feel valued by the company and are satisfied with their jobs will continue to show significant contributions to the company. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of employee commitment, employee engagement, and employee empowerment on employee retention at PT. Ritra Cargo Indonesia. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 25 software. The study used a saturated sample of 100 employees. The test results show that: (1) Employee Commitment has a positive effect on Employee Retention. (2) Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Employee Retention. (3) Employee Empowerment has a positive effect on Employee Retention. The simultaneous test found that the Employee Commitment, Employee Engagement, and Employee Empowerment variables collectively influence Employee Retention at PT. Ritra Cargo Indonesia.

| Additional Information: | Retensi karyawan merupakan praktik dan proses yang digunakan dalam mengelola karyawan yang berharga agar mereka tidak meninggalkan posisinya di dalam organisasi. Karyawan yang merasa diperhatikan perusahaan serta puas pada pekerjaannya akan terus menunjukkan adanya kontribusi berarti bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen karyawan, keterikatan karyawan, dan employee empowerment terhadap retensi karyawan pada PT. Ritra Cargo Indonesia. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 100 karyawan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan adanya: (1) Komitmen Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Retensi Karyawan. (2) Keterikatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Retensi Karyawan. (3) Employee Empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap Retensi Karyawan. Uji simultan menemukan variabel Komitmen Karyawan, Keterikatan Karyawan dan Employee Empowerment berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Retensi Karyawan di PT. Ritra Cargo Indonesia. |
