Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between training and motivation on employee performance at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population for this research was obtained from the number of employees at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Semarang, which resulted in a sample of 60 employees. The saturated sampling method was used to determine the research sample. The total sample is all employees with a total of 60 people. The secondary data obtained was processed using IBM SPSS version 21 statistical software. Research data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that training and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Training, Motivation and Employee Performance.
