Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of Quite Qutting as a mediating variable on the influence of Job Dissatisfaction on employee Turnover Intention with a quantitative approach. The object of this study focuses on Millennial and Gen Z employees in Semarang City, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees from various sectors. The study used a purposive sampling method and was analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study showed that (1) Job Dissatisfaction had a positive effect on Turnover Intention, (2) Job Dissatisfaction had a positive effect on Quite Qutting, (3) Quite Qutting had a positive effect on Turnover Intention, and (4) Quite Quitting was able to mediate job Dissatisfaction on Turnover Intention.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahasa (1) Ketidakpuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, (2) Ketidakpuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Quite Qutting, (3) Quite Qutting berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, dan (4) Quite Quitting mampu memediasi Ketidakpuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention.
