Abstract

Companies in facing globalization changes must prepare a mature strategy, one of which is by implementing a DEIB policy to reduce employee turnover. The object of the research used was factory employees in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. The method used is a survey method conducted by distributing questionnaires online. Researchers managed to collect 125 employees of the Grobogan Regency factory in Central Java to be sampled in various analytical tests such as feasibility tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple analysis hypothesis tests with statistical tools in the form of SPSS version 25. The results showed that diversity had a negative and significant effect on turnover, while equity, inclusion and belonging had a positive and significant effect on turnover.

Additional Information: Perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan globalisasi harus menyiapkan strategi yang matang salah satunya dengan menerapkan kebijakan DEIB untuk mengurangi turnover pada karyawan. Adapun objek pada penelitian yang digunakan adalah karyawan pabrik Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode survei yang dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan 125 karyawan pabrik Kabupaten Grobogan Jawa tengah untuk dijadikan sampel dalam berbagai uji analisis seperti uji kelayakan, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis analisis berganda dengan alat statistik berupa SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan diversity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover, sedangkan equity, inclusion and belonging berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover.
