Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of ethical leadership and ethical climate on employee ethical behavior; analyze the influence of ethical leadership on ethical climate; analyze the ability of ethical climate in mediating the influence of ethical leadership on employee ethical behavior; and analyze the ability of person organization fit in moderating the influence of ethical climate on employee ethical behavior. The population in this study were all employees of CV PENAMAS MADHANI and outside similar companies as many as 100 employees (excluding field coordinators). The sampling technique for this study used saturated sampling, namely the entire population was used as a sample, so that the number of samples was 100 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study were that ethical leadership did not affect ethical behavior; ethical leadership had a significant positive effect on ethical climate; ethical climate had a significant positive effect on ethical behavior; the ability of ethical climate was able to partially mediate the influence of ethical leadership on employee ethical behavior; person organization fit was unable to moderate the influence of ethical climate on employee ethical behavior. Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan etis dan iklim etis terhadap perilaku etis karyawan; menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap iklim etis; menganalisis kemampuan iklim etis dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap perilaku etis karyawan; dan menganalisis kemampuan person organization fit dalam memoderasi pengaruh iklim etis terhadap perilaku etis karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh karyawan CV PENAMAS MADHANI dan diluar perusahaan sejenis sebanyak 100 karyawan (tidak termasuk koordinator lapangan). Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku etis; kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap iklim etis; iklim etis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku etis; kemampuan iklim etis tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap perilaku etis karyawan; person organization fit tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh iklim etis terhadap perilaku etis karyawan.
