Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and workload and leadership style on turnover intention at PT. Anugerah Sumber Karya Lestari . In this study using quantitative methods, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires using distribution, with 134 employee respondents. In this study used analysis methods including, classical tests, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests. The analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that compensation and workload, leadership style had a significant effect on turnover intention.

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Dimana variable diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan sebaran, dengan responden karyawan yang berjumlah 134 orang. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis diantaranya adalah, uji klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji kelayakan model. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi dan beban kerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpenagruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. |
