Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on burnout of J&T package courier employees in Semarang City. This research method uses quantitative methods. The type of data in this research is primary data. The population of this study were all J&T expedition package couriers in Semarang City. The sample in this study used a snowball sampling technique so that 100 samples were obtained. The analysis tool uses SPSS version 25. The research results show that workload has a significant positive effect on employee burnout. Meanwhile, the work environment has a significant negative effect on employee burnout. Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap burnout karyawan kurir paket J&T di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh kurir paket ekspedisi J&T di Kota Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik snowball sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 sampel. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan. Sedangkan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan.
