Abstract

The role of employees in the company is to manage, plan and produce contributions or work results to achieve company goals. The work environment and work life balance have an influence on employee performance in the company, thereby allowing employees to develop loyalty to the company. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the work environment and work life balance on employee performance with loyalty as a mediator. The research sample used was 60 respondents, namely employees of Bank Mandiri KCP Blora who had worked for 1 years or more. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The data calculation process in this research uses SmartPLS. The research results show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee loyalty and performance. However, the work environment does not have an influence on employee performance through loyalty. Work life balance has a significant effect on employee loyalty and performance. However, work life balance has no effect on employee performance through loyalty.

Additional Information: Peran karyawan dalam perusahaan yaitu mengelola, merencanakan dan menghasilkan kontribusi atau hasil kerja guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja dan work life balance memberikan pengaruh pada performance karyawan jika perusahaan, sehingga memungkinkan timbul loyalitas pada diri karyawan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis antara pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan work life balance terhadap performance karyawan dengan loyalitas sebagai mediasi. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 60 responden yaitu karyawan Bank Mandiri KCP Blora yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Proses perhitungan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas dan performance karyawan. Namun, lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh pada performance karyawan melalui loyalitas. Work life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan pada loyalitas dan performance karyawan. Namun work life balance tidak berpengaruh pada performance karyawan melalui loyalitas.
