Abstract

In true HR development in the company, employees are expected to have a high level of satisfaction with the work provided by the company. Satisfaction at work is something that must be considered in all organisations because satisfaction reflects a person's feelings about work so that it has a positive impact on employees both on their work or something faced in their work environment. The population of this study were all permanent employees of Bank Jateng at the Head Office, while the sample in this study was 88 respondents of Bank Jateng employees. Data analysis in this study using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study that Person job fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Person organization fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Person job fit directly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Person organization fit has no significant effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the relationship between the effect of person job fit on employee performance, Job satisfaction is able to significantly mediate the relationship between the effect of person organization fit on employee performance.
