Abstract

Organizations must improve its performance to be a winner in the business world. The main key to increasing performance is the organization's ability to develop Human Resources. RSUP Dr. Kariadi is a hospital under the Kementerian Kesehatan which must develop human resources so that it can achieve the hospital's vision and mission. Things that influence employee performance include talent management mindset and talent management strategy. And to support this achievement, Dr. RSUP. Kariadi also pays attention to sustainable business factors. This research used a sample of employees at RSUP Dr. Kariadi is an ASN employee and a non-ASN employee (BLU) so that the sample is able to truly depict the current condition of the hospital. The model built in this research is intervening research. This research was tested using PLS – SEM with the results of hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 7 accepted as significant.

Additional Information: Setiap organisasi harus meningkatkan kinerjanya supaya dapat memenangkan persaingan dalam dunia bisnis, kunci utama peningkatan kinerja tersebut adalah kemampuan organisasi dalam mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia. RSUP Dr. Kariadi adalah rumah sakit dibawah Kementerian Kesehatan yang juga harus mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia tersebut supaya mampu mencapai visi dan misi rumah sakit. Hal yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai antara lain talent management mindset dan talent management strategy. Dan untuk mendukung tercapainya hal tersebut, RSUP Dr. Kariadi juga memperhatikan melalui faktor sustainable business. Penelitian ini memakai sampel pegawai RSUP Dr. kariadi yang merupakan pegawai ASN dan pegawai Non ASN (BLU) sehingga sampel tersebut mampu menggambarkan secara nyata kondisi Rumah Sakit saat ini. Model yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian intervening. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan PLS – SEM dengan hasil hipotesis 1 sampai hipotesis 7 diterima signifikan.
