Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction with the mediating role of the work environment. The population in this research is all 45 employees of the Kendal Regency Planning, Research and Development Agency. Sampling in this research uses the census technique, namely a sampling technique where all members of the population will be taken as samples. So the number of samples is 45. The results of this research are that servant leadership influences job satisfaction. Servant leadership influences the work environment. The work environment influences job satisfaction. The servant leadership influences job satisfaction.mediated by work environment. Key words: servant leadership, job satisfaction, and work environment

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan peran mediasi lingkungan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Kendal sebanyak 45 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi akan diambil sebagai sampel. Sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 45.Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kerja.Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dimediasi oleh lingkungan kerja.
