Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of compensation, workload, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch in Semarang. This study employs a quantitative method, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires using google forms, with a total of 90 employees as respondents. The analysis methods used include Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Model Feasibility Test using the IBM SPSS application. The research findings indicate that compensation has a significant influence on turnover intention. Workload and job satisfaction, on the other hand, do not have a significant impact on turnover intention.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Federal Internasional Finance (FIFGROUP). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana variable diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form, dengan responden semua karyawan yang berjumlah 90 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan beberapa metode analisis diantaranya adalah Uji Kualitas Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, dan Uji Kelayakan Model. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi dengan turnover intention. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. |
