Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Perceived Efficacy, Perception of Security, Perception of Ease of Use, and Perception of Risk on the Satisfaction of MSME Actors using Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in the city of Semarang. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study is MSME players who live in the city of Semarang using the QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standart)application. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the perception of partial benefits has a negative and insignificant effect on the satisfaction of MSME actors using QRIS, the perception of partial security has a positive and insignificant effect on the satisfaction of MSME actors using QRIS, the perception of ease of use partially has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of MSME actors using QRIS, the perception of risk partially has a positive and insignificant effect on satisfaction of MSME actors using QRIS. Additional Information:	Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemanfataan, persepsi keamanan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap kepuasan pelaku UMKM menggunakan Quick Response Indonesian Standart (QRIS) di kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penedekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada pelaku UMKM yang bertempat tinggal di kota Semarang pengguna aplikasi QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standart). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menujukkan Persepsi kemanfaatan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasaan pelaku UMKM menggunakan QRIS, persepsi keamanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelaku UMKM menggunakan QRIS, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelaku UMKM menggunakan QRIS, persepsi risiko secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelaku UMKM menggunakan QRIS. Kata Kunci : Persepsi kemanfataan, persepsi keamanan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi risiko, kepuasaan pelaku UMKM menggunakan QRIS.
