Abstract
This research discusses the role of system quality and information quality on donation decisions through donor satisfaction in Lazismu, Central Java. Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) have an important role in community welfare and are regulated in various laws. In facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0, ZIS management needs to innovate, especially in raising funds using digital technology. This research aims to analyze the extent to which system quality, information quality and donor satisfaction influence the decision to donate on the Lazismu Central Java digital fundraising platform. This research method uses an online questionnaire which is distributed to the general public who have donated to Lazismu, Central Java. The collected data is processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The research results show that system quality and information quality do not directly influence the decision to donate. However, system quality has a positive effect on donor satisfaction, as does information quality. Donor satisfaction then has a positive and significant effect on the decision to donate, explaining that donor satisfaction mediates the influence of system quality and information quality on the decision to donate.

Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah (ZIS) memiliki peran penting dalam kesejahteraan masyarakat dan diatur dalam berbagai perundang-undangan. Dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0, pengelolaan ZIS perlu berinovasi, khususnya dalam penggalangan dana menggunakan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kepuasan donatur memengaruhi keputusan berdonasi di platform digital fundraising Lazismu Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebar kepada masyarakat umum yang pernah berdonasi di Lazismu Jawa Tengah. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berdonasi secara langsung. Namun, kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan donatur, demikian pula kualitas informasi. Kepuasan donatur kemudian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berdonasi, menjelaskan bahwa kepuasan donatur memediasi pengaruh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusan berdonasi. |
