The method use in this research is multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t test and F test (goodness of fit). The result of this research with t test shows LDR and NIM has positive and significant influence to ROA, significantly on 0,005 and 0,003. CAR and NPL has positive and not significant influence to ROA, significantly on 0,101 and 0,064. While BOPO has negative and significant influence to ROA significantly on 0,000. The result of F test (goodness of fit) has significantly 0,000. It showed the model with independent variabel acceptable. The value of determination 2coeficient (adjusted R ) was about 90,3%. This case showed that 90,3% ROA was influenced by CAR, LDR, NIM, BOPO and NPL. while the remaining about 9,7% is influenced by other factors beside this research.
