Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of authentic leadership on organizational learning ability and successful innovative work behavior, and the influence of organizational learning ability on successful innovative work behavior and the effect of authentic leadership on successful innovative work behavior through organizational learning ability. The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, consisting of 67 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample so that the entire population in this study is used as a sample. The analysis uses the partial least squares (PLS) and the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study show that authentic leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational learning ability and the success of innovative work behavior. Organizational learning ability has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior through organizational learning ability with partial complementary mediation properties.
