Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on human capital, organizational learning and organizational performance, the influence of human capital and organizational learning on organizational performance, as well as examine the mediation of human capital and organizational learning on the effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance. The population in this study were all village officials in the Pangkah District, Tegal Regency, with a total of 98 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as a sample area so that there are 98 samples. Analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool Findings, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on human capital, learning organizations and organizational performance, human capital and learning organizations have a significant positive effect on organizational performance, human capital and learning organizations play a role in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance. Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan alat analisis smartPLS Temuan, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap human capital, pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja organisasi, human capital dan pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, human capital dan pembelajaran organisasi berperan memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi.
