Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of leadership and motivation on job satisfaction, mediation of job satisfaction on the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance. learning 172 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of research on leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance, leadership and motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction helps mediate the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance with the nature of complementary partial mediation.
