Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved are to identify, analyze, and examine (1) the effect of psychological well-being on job performance, (2) the effect of organizational commitment on job performance, (3) the effect of job insecurity in moderating the relationship of psychological well-being to job performance, (4) the effect of job insecurity in moderating the relationship of organizational commitment to job performance. The sample selection method uses a saturated sample. The population in this research was all Pendamping Lokal Desa at Banjarnegara District with a total of 54 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. This research used quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using PLS which was operated through the software Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4.0. The results showed that (1) psychological well-being had a significant positive effect on job performance, (2) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job performance, (3) job insecurity had no effect in moderating the relationship of psychological well-being to job performance, (4) job insecurity did not effect in moderating the relationship of organizational commitment to job performance. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pendamping Lokal Desa di Kabupaten Banjarnegara dengan jumlah 54 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS yang dioperasikan melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) psychological well-being berpengaruh positif signifikan pada job performance, (2) organizational commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan pada job performance, (3) job insecurity tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan psychological well-being terhadap job performance (4) job insecurity tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan organizational commitment terhadap job performance.
