Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and work-life balance, work-life balance on job satisfaction. work-life balance mediation on the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction. The population of this study were all female employees of the Central Java Regional Office of National Land Affairs Agency. as many as 30 female employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools perceived organizational support on job satisfaction with complementary partial mediation properties.
