Abstract
Absract This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and job insecurity on employee performance with burnout as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. The population in this study are employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study used AMOS 24 software. The results of the testing in this study can be concluded that (1) the work environment has no significannegatif effect on employee performance, (2) job insecurity has no significan negatif effect on employee performance, (3) the work environment has a positif significan affects on burnout, (4) job insecurity has a positif significan affects on burnout, (5) burnout has a positif significan effect on employee performance. Additional Information: | Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan burnout sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. Sample yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software AMOS 24. pengujian dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) job insecurity berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout, (4) job insecurity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap burnout, (5) burnout berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
