Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational learning on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Mediation of work and organizational commitment on the effect of learning organizational satisfaction on employee performance. The research population of Komida Branch Bandung employees was 36 and the sample was 36 respondents, calculated using saturated sample technique. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS software analysis tool by going through the outer model and inner model stages. The findings of organizational learning research have a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational warning have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment play a role in mediating the positive influence of organizational learning on the performance of Komida Bandung Branch employees and mediation is partially complementary.

Analisis menggunakan partial least square (PLS) dengan alat analisis software smartPLS dengan melalui tahapan outer model dan inner model. Temuan penelitian pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif sginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional berperan memediasi pengaruh positif pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Komida Cabang Bandung dan mediasi bersifat partial complementary.
