Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of dual role conflict, job stress and motivation on the performance of female employees in Batang Regency, referring to quantitative methods that utilize primary data and measure variables based on a Likert scale. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to the object of research. The population in this study were all female employees in Batang Regency, totaling 161,157 based on data obtained from the Batang Regency Central Bureau of Statistics, with the sample used being 100 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that dual role conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees in Batang Regency. Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik peran ganda, stres kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja individu di Kabupaten Batang, mengacu pada metode kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan data primer dan melakukan pengukuran variabel berdasarkan skala likert. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada objek penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan wanita di Kabupaten Batang yang berjumlah 161.157 berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Batang, dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah data IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja individu pada karyawan wanita di Kabupaten Batang.
