Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and teamwork on innovative work behavior with a moderating role in sharing knowledge of YPMAK Mimika Papua foundation employees. The research population consisted of 65 employees of the YPMAK foundation and a sample of 65 respondents using the saturated sample technique. Data analysis uses smart PLS by going through the outer model and inner model stages. The results of the study show that leadership transformation and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Sharing knowledge displays moderating the influence of transformational leadership and teamwork on innovative work behavior

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dengan peran moderasi berbagi pengetahuan pegawai yayasan YPMAK Mimika Papua. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai yayasan YPMAK sebanyak 65 dan sampel berjumlah 65 responden dengan menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan smart PLS dengan melalui tahapan outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitia meunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Berbagi pengetahuan berperang memeoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif
