Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on organizational commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Amerta, Blora Regency. In this study using quantitative methods, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Amerta, Blora Regency, with a total of 149 people. Where the entire population is used as a research sample using the census method or total sampling. Data processing uses PLS which is operated through Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that career development has no effect on organizational commitment. Leadership has no effect on organizational commitment. Career development influences job satisfaction. Leadership influences job satisfaction Job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. Career development has no effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Leadership has no effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi yang di mediasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Amerta Kabupaten Blora. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur menggunakan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PDAM Tirta Amerta Kabupaten Blora dengan jumlah 149 orang. Dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode sensus atau sampling total. Pengolahan data menggunakan PLS yang dioperasikan melalui software Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan, Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja . Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja.
