Abstract

In this day and age the development of technology is increasingly advanced, so that human life is helped by the existence of technology, especially in transaction activities. However, from the results of the pre-survey that has been conducted, it shows that 90% use mobile banking because it is a necessity, while the other 10% do not feel that using mobile banking is part of a need. This study aims to analyze the effect of security, trust, risk, and lifestyle on customers' interest in using mobile banking at BRI bank customers in Brebes district. This research method uses quantitative. The population of this study are all BRI bank customers who are domiciled in Brebes Regency. The samples taken were 100 respondents with a purposive sampling model. Collecting data researchers use primary data. The analysis tool uses SPSS statistics 22. The results show that security does not affect interest in using mobile banking, while trust, risk and lifestyle affect interest in using mobile banking.

Additional Information: Di zaman sekarang perkembangan teknologi semakin maju, dengan begitu kehidupan manusia terbantu dengan adanya teknologi terutama pada kegiatan transaksi. Namun dari hasil pra-survey yang telah dilakukan menunjukan 90% menggunakan mobile banking karena menjadi kebutuhan sedangkan 10% lainnya belum menggunakan mobile banking karena merasa bahwa menggunakan mobile banking belum menjadi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keamanan, kepercayaan, risiko, dan lifestyle terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking pada nasabah bank BRI di kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh nasabah bank BRI yang berdomisi di Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan model purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keamanaa tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan mobile banking, sedangkan kepercayaan, risiko dan lifestyle berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan mobile banking.
