Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of the loyalty of female employees who are often looked down upon compared to male employees due to certain factors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of workload, career development and work life balance on the loyalty of female employees. In this study using sampling techniques with non-probability sampling methods, namely purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This study uses primary data with a total sample of 110. Multiple linear regression is used by researchers as a data analysis technique. Based on this research, it can be seen that workload has a significant effect on loyalty, while career development and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on loyalty.

Additional Information: Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah permasalahan loyalitas pegawai wanita yang sering kali dipandang rendah dibandingkan dengan pegawai pria karena faktor tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja, career development dan work life balance terhadap loyalitas pegawai wanita. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah sampel 100. Regresi linier berganda digunakan peneliti sebagai teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, sedangkan career development dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas.
