Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) on customer loyalth at the Main Branch Office of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah. This research is a quantitative study using primary data and 100 peopleas respondents. The sample method is the snowball sampling method. Data analysis techniques performed were data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS Statistic 22 program. Based on the results of this study that good corporate governance in the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness has an effect positive and significant impact on customer loyalth at the Main Branch Office of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah.

Additional Information:	Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh GCG (Good Corporate Governance) terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Kantor Cabang Utama PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer dan 100 orang sebagai responden. Metode Sampel adalah metode snowball sampling. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan program SPSS Statistic 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance pada prinsip transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, dan fairness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada kantor cabang utama PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Tengah.
