Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work from home, physical work environment, dan work stressterhadap produktivitas di Kospin Jasa Tegal dengan work life balancesebagai variabel mediasi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data primer berdasarkan jumlah semua karyawan sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil secara sampling jenuh. Data diolah dengan sistem Partial Least Square (PLS) pada aplikasi pengolahan data SmartPLS 3. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance. Physical work environment secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Sementara tidak ada pengaruh antara work liefe balance dan work stress terhadap produktivitas. Sedangkan pengaruh antara work from homedengan produktivitas tidak dapat dimediasi (no mediation) oleh work life balance.
