Abstract

This study analyzes the readiness of SDN 3 Jojogan to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) for human resource management. A qualitative case study approach describes infrastructure conditions, teachers’ digital competence, organizational culture, and policy support. The findings indicate gradual readiness, with limitations in infrastructure and digital literacy, yet supported by positive attitudes and managerial commitment. AI has the potential to enhance administrative efficiency, performance evaluation accuracy, and data-driven professional development.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan SDN 3 Jojogan dalam mengadopsi Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi infrastruktur, kompetensi digital guru, budaya organisasi, serta dukungan kebijakan. Hasil menunjukkan kesiapan sekolah masih bertahap, dengan keterbatasan pada infrastruktur dan literasi digital, namun didukung sikap terbuka guru dan komitmen manajerial. AI berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi evaluasi kinerja, dan pengembangan profesional berbasis data
