Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Discipline and Job Training on Employee Performance. Every company has a desire to improve employee performance. To realize this goal, the company forms employee motivation, provides a good work environment, creates discipline in employees, and provides job training provided by the company to be one of the important aspects in improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample used a non-probability sampling type with a purposive sampling technique, totaling 100 respondents. The results of the hypothesis obtained are that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and for job training variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR R&D.

Setiap perusahaan memiliki keinginan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan . Untuk mewujudka tujuan tersebut, maka perusahaan membentuk motivasi karyawan, menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang baik, menciptakan disiplin pada karyawan, dan menyediakan pelatihan kerja yang diberikan oleh perusahaan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan jenis non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, berjumlah 100 orang responden. Hasil hipotesis yang didapat adalah bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh psoitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh psoitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk variabel pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR R&D. |
