Abstract
Abstract Prosocial behavior also plays a crucial role in the individual adaptation process. Prosocial behavior is the drive to act for the benefit of others or an organization, rather than solely for personal gain. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of prosocial behavior on individual adaptive capacity and performance, as moderated by authentic leadership. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach and verification research methods. A quantitative descriptive approach describes phenomena or events that occur, where these phenomena or events can be assessed in the form of numerical data. The population in this study were employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Salatiga City. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. Data collection was carried out by creating a Google Form questionnaire with questions and scales appropriate to the data to be measured. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. Keywords: prosocial behavior, adaptive capacity, performance, authentic leadership

| Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Perilaku prososial juga memainkan peran penting dalam proses adaptasi individu. Perilaku prososial merupakan dorongan untuk bertindak demi kepentingan orang lain atau organisasi, bukan hanya untuk kepentingan pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh perilaku prososial terhadap kemampuan adaptif individu dan kinerja yang dimoderasi oleh kepemimpinan autentik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode penelitian verifikatif. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang mendeskripsi gejala atau peristiwa yang terjadi, dimana gejala atau peristiwa tersebut dapat dinilai dalam bentuk data numerik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Kementrian Agama Kota Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini random samplling yaitu pengambilan sampel random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membuat google form kuesioner dengan pertanyaan dan skala yang sesuai dengan data yang hendak diukur.
