Abstract

Abstract The retail industry in Indonesia faces challenges in maintaining human resources, which are key to the company’s sustainability in the era of globalization. Without competent HR, company operations cannot run optimally, making it essential to develop employees to adapt to dynamic business changes. This study examines the effect of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Grobogan. A total of 110 employees were taken as samples using saturated sampling techniques, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.Press tab for actions. The results show that compensation, motivation, and work discipline each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additional Information: Abstrak Industri ritel di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga sumber daya manusia yang menjadi kunci keberlangsungan perusahaan di era globalisasi. Tanpa SDM yang kompeten, operasional perusahaan tidak akan optimal sehingga perusahaan harus mengembangkan karyawan agar mampu mengikuti perubahan bisnis yang dinamis. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk di Grobogan. Sebanyak 110 orang karyawan diambil sebagai sampel dengan teknik sampling sensus, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
