Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on the effectiveness of healthcare services, both directly and through employee performance as a mediating variable. In addition, the study seeks to determine the extent to which digital transformation positively contributes to improving employee performance and its impact on service quality. The study employed purposive sampling based on the following criteria: employees who have used SIMGOS for at least six months, actively use it in their work, and are willing to participate as respondents. Based on these criteria, a total of 106 employees were selected as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using SEMPLS analysis. The findings indicate that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and the effectiveness of healthcare services. Employee performance also has a positive and significant impact on service effectiveness and is capable of mediating the relationship between digital transformation and the effectiveness of healthcare services.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana transformasi digital berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling menurut kriteria yakni telah menggunakan SIMGOS minimal 6 bulan, aktif menggunakan dalam pekerjaan, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Berdasarkan kriteria ini terkumpul sampel sebanyak 106 pegawai. Teknik analisis data meggunakan analisis SEMPLS. Temuan penelitian menyebutkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan dan mampu memediasi hubungan antara transformasi digital dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan.
