Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of rewards and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Jateng KC Semarang. This study is an associative-causal type of research, aiming to analyze the relationship between one variable and another. The population in this study consists of employees working at Bank Jateng KC Semarang. However, the sampling method used is a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 31 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaire distribution, while secondary data was gathered through literature study. The methods and data analysis techniques used include descriptive and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The hypothesis testing results indicate that the reward variable does not affect employee performance at Bank Jateng KC Semarang, whereas work discipline has an influence on employee performance at the same office. The coefficient of determination test shows that 65% of employee performance can be explained by the reward and work discipline variables, while the remaining 35% is explained by other factors not included in this study.
