Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of employees' digital capabilities and information management practices on the implementation of digital transformation, both directly and through the mediating role of organizational digital readiness. The population of this study consists of 51 village officials from 17 villages in Bojong District who are involved in the use of the Siskeudes (village financial management application), Sipades (village asset management application), and asset administration, namely the Village Treasurer, Village Secretary, and Head of General Affairs (Kaur TU). The study uses a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is used as the sample. The results show that employees' digital capabilities have no significant effect on the implementation of digital transformation. However, information management practices and organizational digital readiness have a positive and significant effect. Employees' digital capabilities and information management practices positively and significantly influence organizational digital readiness. Furthermore, organizational digital readiness fully mediates the influence of employees' digital capabilities on digital transformation implementation and partially mediates the influence of information management practices.

Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 51 perangkat desa di 17 desa se-Kecamatan Bojong yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi Siskeudes, Sipades, dan administrasi aset, yaitu Bendahara Desa, Sekretaris Desa, dan Kaur TU. Penelitian menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa kemampuan digital pegawai tidak berpengaruh terhadap implementasi transformasi digital. Praktik manajemen informasi dan kesiapan digital organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap implementasi transformasi digital. Kemampuan digital pegawai dan praktik manajemen informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan digital organisasi. Kesiapan digital organisasi mampu memediasi penuh pengaruh kemampuan digital pegawai terhadap implementasi transformasi digital dan mampu memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh praktik manajemen informasi terhadap implementasi transformasi digital. |
