Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of GCG and leadership on the company's ability to generate profit, moderated by company size, in regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) in Central Java. Data collection in this study used literature review and questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 35 regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) in Central Java Province. This study used descriptive and statistical analysis techniques, including convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability, along with t-tests and significance levels of structural path coefficients. The results of this study indicate that GCG and leadership variables influence financial performance, while company size does not moderate the relationship between GCG and leadership on company performance.
