Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on employee performance mediated by psychological empowerment and moderated by trust in leader at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta Branch. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach and a verificative method. The population in this study consists of 54 permanent employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta Branch. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The respondents were obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data processing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, inclusive leadership has a positive effect on psychological empowerment, psychological empowerment has a positive effect on employee performance, psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on employee performance, trust in leader is able to moderate (strengthen) the effect of inclusive leadership on employee performance, trust in leader is able to moderate (strengthen) the effect of inclusive leadership on psychological empowerment, and trust in leader is able to moderate (strengthen) the effect of psychological empowerment on employee performance Keyword: Inclusive Leadership, Psychological Empowerment, Trust in Leader, Employee Performance

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap employee performance dimediasi psychological empowerment dimoderasi trust in leader pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode penelitian verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan definitif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Surakarta sebanyak 54 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Adapun cara mendapatkan responden penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner google form. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inclusive leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, inclusive leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap psychological empowerment, psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, psychological empowerment mampu memediasi pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap employee performance, trust in leader mampu memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap employee performance, trust in leader mampu memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap psychological empowerment serta trust in leader mampu memoderasi (memperkuat) pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap employee performance
