Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of high-performance HRM practices on affective commitment, readiness for change, and employee performance, with hierarchy culture as a moderating variable, at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kudus Raya Branch Office. The research employs a descriptive-quantitative approach and a verificative research method. The population consists of 50 permanent employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kudus Raya Branch, with the sampling technique determined using a saturated sample or census approach. The respondents were obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data were processed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that high-performance HRM practices have a positive effect on both affective commitment and readiness for change. Furthermore, affective commitment positively influences readiness for change, while readiness for change positively impacts employee performance. In addition, hierarchy culture is found to strengthen the effect of high-performance HRM practices on affective commitment.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh high-performance HRM practice terhadap affective commitment, readiness for change dan employee performance dimoderasi hierarchy culture pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Kudus Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode penelitian verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan definitif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Kudus Raya sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Adapun cara mendapatkan responden penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner google form. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dan pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa high performance HRM practice mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap affective commitment dan readiness for change. Kemudian, affective commitment berdampak positif terhadap readiness for change. Adapun readiness for change berdampak positif terhadap employee performance. Selanjutnya, hierarchy culture terbukti memperkuat pengaruh high-performance HRM practice terhadap affective commitment
