Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and competence on employee performance at PT APAC Inti Corpora Semarang. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method targeting the company's employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that organizational culture, compensation, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study offers implications for company management in formulating performance improvement strategies by optimizing these three factors. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing a conducive organizational culture, providing fair compensation, and enhancing employee competence to improve performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT APAC Inti Corpora Semarang. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan budaya organisasi yang kondusif, pemberian kompensasi yang adil, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja melalui optimalisasi ketiga faktor tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
