Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and the work environment on employee work discipline at PT. Manajemen MWM. This research design was quantitative, with primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. Secondary data was obtained from journals, books, and previous research. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 26.0, with a sample of 96 employees at PT. Manajemen MWM. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of leadership style on work discipline with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, and a positive effect of work motivation on work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment on work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that all three variables demonstrate a positive and statistically significant relationship.
