Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of security, service quality and trust on customer loyalty at BSI KCP Temanggung. This research method uses quantitative methods. The research population is BSI KCP Temanggung customers. The sample taken was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique and using a purposive sampling model. Research data collection uses primary data. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25 statistics. The results of this research show that security has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini nasabah BSI KCP Temanggung. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dan menggunakan model purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
