Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on auditor quality performance of PT MOD INDO UNGARAN, emphasizing the mediating role of knowledge sharing and the moderation effect of gender. The study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires from auditors working within the organization. The result reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on auditor quality performance, and knowledge sharing mediates this relationship. The study also identifies gender as amoderating variable that influence the effect of transformational leadership on auditor quality performance. The findings provide significant managerial implications for developing leadership strategies and promoting knowledge sharing practices within the garment industry. Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja auditor quality pada PT MOD INDO UNGARAN,dengan penekanan pada peran mediasi knowledge sharing dan moderasi gender. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori, menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari auditor internal quality yang bekerja diperusahaan PT MODINDO UNGARAN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor quality, serta knowledge sharing dapat memediasi hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa gender berfungsi sebagai variable moderasi yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja auditor quality. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial yang berarti bagi pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan dan praktik berbagi pengetahuan dalam kontek industri garmen. |
