Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work ability and motivation on employee performance at PT.Sumber Waras Boja. Employee performance is crucial for achieving a company's goals. Work ability and motivation are recognized as key components that influence employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative to gather information from employees of PT. Sumber Waras Boja, covering work ability, motivation, and employee performance. The results of the research findings at PT. Sumber Waras Boja are expected to provide recommendations for the company to create a supportive work environment. This research is expected to fill the gap in the literature regarding the influence of these two variables at PT. Sumber Waras Boja. Keywords : Work ability, Motivation and Employee Performance

Additional Information:	Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sumber Waras Boja. Kinerja karyawan menjadi hal penting untuk mencapai tujuan suatu perusahaan. Kemampuan kerja dan motivasi diakui sebagai komponen utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari karyawan PT.Sumber Waras Boja yang mencakup kemampuan kerja,motivasi dan juga kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penemuan penelitian PT.Sumber Waras Boja diharapkan dapat memberikan recomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk menciptakan suasana kerja yang mendukung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengisi kekosongan dalam literatur mengenai pengaruh kedua variable ini diperusahaan PT. Sumber Waras Boja.
