Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an Influence of Service Excellence and Brand Trust on the Decision to Use Islamic Banking Services with Interest as an Intervening Variable on Boyolali University Students. In this study, the researcher used a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. To collect data, a questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents from Boyolali University students. After collecting the data, it was then processed using a statistical application, namely IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The analysis techniques used were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and path analysis tests. Based on the test results, it was obtained that service excellence had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, brand trust had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use. The path analysis test showed that interest was able to mediate the influence of service excellence on the decision to use, and interest was able to mediate the influence of brand trust on the decision to use. Additional Information: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui ada atau tidaknya Pengaruh Service Excellence dan Trust terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa Bank Syariah dengan Minat sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Mahasiswa Universitas Boyolali. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Boyolali sebanyak 100 responden. Setelah mengumpulkan data selanjutnya diolah menggunakan aplikasi statistika yaitu IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik, dan uji path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil uji maka diperoleh bahwa service excellence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan, brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan. Pada uji path analysis menunjukkan hasil bahwa minat mampu memediasi pengaruh service excellence terhadap keputusan menggunakan, dan minat mampu memediasi pengaruh brand trust terhadap keputusan menggunakan.
