Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Profitability, Company Size and Capital Structure on firm value both partially and simultaneously at the Company on firm value both partially and simultaneously in companies listed in LQ 45 in the period 2021-2023.Companies Listed on LQ 45 in the period 2021-2023. the data used in this study are secondary data, namely financial report data from LQ 45 in 2021-2023.The data used in this study are secondary data, namely financial report data fromcompanies listed on LQ 45 for the period 2021-2023. Population in this study are all companies listed in LQ 45 in the 2021-2023 period using the purposive method.2021-2023 using the purposive sampling method in data collection, resulting in a sample of 199.so that a sample of 199 was obtained. Quantitative data analysis form, data analysis technique data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25.The results of this study are partially negative and insignificant profitability on firm value, firm size is positive and insignificant on firm value.The results of this study are partially negative profitability and not significant to firm value, positive and significant company sizeto firm value and capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.significant to the value of the company. Additional Information:	Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Modal terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar di LQ 45 pada periode 2021-2023.data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data laporan keuangan dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di LQ 45 pada periode 2021-2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di LQ 45 pada periode 2021-2023 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam pengumpulan data sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 199. Bentuk analisis data kuantitatif,teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial profitabilitas negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan , ukuran perusahaan positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan adalah positif dan signifikan
